I am proud to have built a life and a business that allow me to live with conscious intention. And I’d like to invite you into it.
After eleven years of capturing weddings on photo and video, I can wholeheartedly say I’ve seen it all. I’ve done the ‘six figure business’ and I’ve scraped by working seven other jobs at the same time. For the last five years I’ve found my balance of being ‘fully booked’ whilst maintaining my days, weeks and sometimes months off. My close circle call me the ‘Queen of Boundaries’ and it’s that nurturing, sustainable approach that I offer with my mentorships.
There are only four places available for the 2026 cohort. This is a small-group mentorship designed for creatives who want to grow with intention, care, and integrity.
Over five months we will work both as a group and one-on-one to create a space that is rooted in:

As an optional addition or a standalone purchase, you are invited to shadow me on a real wedding day! This includes observing the pre-wedding workflow and client care as well as a post wedding debrief session. On the day you’ll see how fun, pacing, boundaries, and inclusivity show up in practice.

The core value of my mentorship is true inclusivity, not box-ticking.
I’m looking to work with creatives who want to grow with care, not ego. Photographers and videographers who are willing to listen, reflect, evolve and who value community over competition.
It is not about hustle culture (fuck that) or quick fixes and certainly isn’t here to help you copy someone else’s style. I aim to help you build something sustainable whilst feeling supported so that you and your business will become more confident, grounded, and exude intentionality.

A deep, thoughtful review of your website, portfolio and socials with emphasis on how your work communicates your values. We will focus on clarity and consistency, attracting the right clients (turning the wrong ones away at the door) and aligning your visuals with who you are and what you stand for

A vital session centred on real inclusivity created by a diverse group of individuals and couples. We will cover photographing all couples with care and respect, language, assumptions, and representation as well as how to create a safe spaces for clients

As a group we will head out into the real world with a couple for a hands-on, guided practical shoot. Here will we be focusing on connection and communication, how to observe and anticipate moments whilst working gently, respectfully and bringing the fun!

A dedicated session on finding your visual voice. We cover editing with intention rather than trends (and discuss the dangers of AI), creating consistency without losing emotion and finding a process that works for you

The group is kept intentionally small (4 people max) to ensure diaries can align. If for whatever reason you can’t make the group meeting the call will be recorded for you.

The cohort is open to any skill level, whether you are brand new to weddings or been at it for five years. The goal is to help you find your voice in the industry so if you are just starting out or need help realigning a space is here for you.

After registering your interest I will send you a google doc to fill in. We’ll then hop on a call to chat through your goals and intentions. If we both feel we’re a good fit then I’ll send payment details and we’ll get you booked onto the cohort!

The aim is sustainable growth, not a magic potion. Building a business that lasts through changing trends, new generations of couples and ideas of what weddings are is not an overnight job. By the end of the five months expect to feel confident in who you are and what your business means. Together the cohort will find their unique voices, know exactly what it is they bring to the table and use this knowledge to create their own communities.
